Recipe of the Month
High Protein Pudding

1 box Jell-O Fat Free Sugar Free Pudding
2.5 cups Skim Milk
5-6 scoops of the cleanest protein powder similarly flavored to the Jell-O (Chocolate Jell-O + chocolate protein, etc.)

Combine them, whisk them, throw them in a tupperware and into the fridge. The way I make it the nutrition per serving looks like:

1g Fat
12g Carbs
7g Sugar
30g Protein
300mg Sodium
500mg Potassium

Good to have around when I don't feel like mixing up a shake. It will last for a week or two in the fridge also.

Your first step is an assessment with your personal trainer. This will include a medical history intake and we will give suggestions on where to get your body fat tested accurately. We will also assess your weight, muscle strength, stability, muscle imbalances, posture, and flexibility. You will need to give us a detailed description of your food cravings, water intake, food consumption, and current activity level; and a thorough evaluation of your goals.

A proper assessment is essential to the personal training process. Any personal trainer who doesn't offer an assessment is someone you want to avoid. Without having a good idea about how you function and your body weight, there is no way a personal trainer can design a specific program catered to your needs as a client. You want the best results, right? An assessment is one of the most important tools used in designing your fitness and nutrition program. A typical training session is an hour long, but this will depend on the program you purchase and your goals. A session begins with you coming in and warming up on the treadmill, bike, stair-stepper, etc. After you are warmed up, the personal trainer will show you corrective stretches to help improve any muscle imbalances you may have, allowing your muscles to function properly during the training session.
