High Protein Pudding
1 box Jell-O Fat Free Sugar Free Pudding
2.5 cups Skim Milk
5-6 scoops of the cleanest protein powder similarly flavored to the Jell-O (Chocolate Jell-O + chocolate protein, etc.)
